Special burgers tonight

I made special BURGERS for dinner tonight.
Combined with a good salad, red potatoes with rosemary and green beans and almonds, they made for a meal that enlivened a snowy, hectic Monday.
Here is the recipe:
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Shape into four patties.
Grill or broil to desired doneness.

They were wonderful, and highly recommended.
